In the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchases from Gwendolyn B Ponyo , you may return your product for a full product refund or exchange. Except, Perfumes or Anointing Oils are not available for Return You may  exchange damaged oils or perfumes within 7 days of receiving your order ,however you must contact us with proof of damage or spillage. You may return new, unopened items within 15 days from the invoice date for a refund (this means that the safety seals are intact.

All serviced based and digital downloads, all orders are final sale. There are NO refunds, NO returns or exchanges. Please ensure that you are entering the correct email address so that you receive your purchase right away. All orders purchased can be found in the email you provided at check out.
